Schedule

At Ashburn CrossFit, we know that you’re busy. You need your workout schedule to work with your life. We don’t want your schedule to keep you from being fit, so we offer morning, mid-day and evening classes to accommodate your needs. We also offer weekend Open Gym hours to full time members.

Weekdays:

Mornings: 5AM (Mon, Wed and Fri), 6AM and 9AM
Mid-day: 12PM
Evenings: 5PM and 6PM (No 6PM On Friday), 7PM (Mon and Wed)

Weekend:

Saturday: 9AM and 10AM, and Open Gym 11-1pm (Members Only)
Sunday: Open Gym 10-12pm (Members Only)
