We’re excited to announce the ACF 6 Week Nutrition Challenge starting September 6th at Ashburn CrossFit!
The purpose of this program is to kickstart your health in 6 weeks. Specifically, you’ll score points for completing training, logging nutrition, and lifestyle objectives.
This is a great opportunity to break out of your routine, build healthy daily habits, and optimize your physical results. You’ll also have a chance to compete with other participants – we’ll have a leaderboard, prizes, Facebook group, and more!

The ACF Spring Nutrition Challenge is open to both members and non-members of Ashburn CrossFit.
- Members: $25 for full access to the challenge
- Non-Members: $40 for full access to the challenge
All ages, fitness levels, and body types are welcome. The challenge is focused on daily habits, which means that everyone will start on the same level ?
