CrossFit Basics for Beginners

Your first step is our CrossFit On Ramp program. We take an individualized approach to starting your journey. This will allow us to get to know you on a personal level, and allow you to gain a deeper understanding of our training philosophy in a one-on-one setting. The program is appropriate for most adults and no baseline level of fitness is required. We are here for you, and your goals are immensely important to us. CrossFit On Ramp is the foundation to starting a personal training, small group training, or ultimately our CrossFit Group Classes.

Personal Training

1-On-1/Small Group Training

Fast-track your results
Access a one-on-one session or organise personal training for you and one or two close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level.

Kids Classes

6-12 Years

Kid’s classes focus on introducing and building fitness in a fun and engaging way without putting too much pressure on growing limbs. These classes are a lot more fun than school!

Teens Classes

13-18 Years

Ideal for building a solid foundation in fitness and/or the perfect complement their current sport. Teens will work on and increase strength, speed, power, cardio, stamina, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility and accuracy.

Flip Factory

6-12 Years

Flip Factory is a tumbling and aerial acrobatics class for kids ages 6-12 years old focused on building confidence and exploring the mind/body connection in a safe and nurturing environment. During these 60 minutes of instruction, kids will build the basics in gymnastics, tumbling, parkour, and creative dance.

Senior’s Fitness
